1. Season the chops with the salt, pepper, and cayenne. Roll in flour.
2. Melt butter in skillet and brown the chops well.
3. Slice onion(s) and pepper(s) while browning. Once meat is browned, remove and saute veggies.
4. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Push the veggies to the side of the skillet and add meat back to pan. Put veggies on top of chops.
6. Add the broth & a few dashes of worcestershire sauce. Cover the pan with foil and simmer on medium-ish for 30-40 minutes.
Yummm :)
I served this up with some awesome rolls -- the dough for which is made in my lovely bread machine. These are SERIOUSLY delicious!
Once again, I have to attribute this meat recipe to my homegirl, Paula D. It was FANTASTIC! Try it! You won't be disappointed!

Yummy! I'm hoping your blog doesn't turn into getting rid of the "Thompson Twenty" :)
Meat builds strong bones right?
